No line. First clue...ordered vanilla hazelnut sugar free with 5 shots and oatmilk hot. I got flavoring and almond milk (gross when hot) and may espresso shot for over $10. Lack of attention and horrible coffee drinking. Disgusting

I’ve always had good experiences here. The Caramelicious always tastes great! The egg bites are so good better than Starbucks. Strong coffee and no weird aftertaste like other places. I’ll keep coming back, love the employees here as well.

Be careful ordering a hot breakfast sandwich at this location. Stopped this morning to get the Maple Waffle Sandwich (which is SOO DELICIOUS when heated right) but it was not just cold, it was still frozen in the center! I also ordered the new French Toastie (expecting it to be as delicious as the Maple Waffle) but it was not even toasted. It was soft as fresh raisin bread (without the raisins) and the bacon was on the raw side (slightly undercooked in look and taste). For these 2 sandwiches it was $12.56. Definitely not worth this price!!! I was expecting a line of cars or for them to be a little busy (at 8:00 in the morning) & now I understand why they weren't. I was on my way home from work & too tired to tackle the morning traffic that is Lavon/78 to make a u-turn. If I lived closer to that location I might have but I was already almost half way home. I only stopped at this location because it was on my way home. I had in mind to eat it on the rest of my way home; so, I'd be able to lay down & sleep before getting up to get my daughter from school, but this just upset me. i’ve always had really good experiences at scooters but today when i went i ordered and got my food and the girl was kind of rude, i complimented something she was wearing and she just stared at me then handed me my food. and then when i got my food, the warming parchment paper was still in there and the maple waffle (what looks like should have been a bun) was in shambles. my drink also tasted simply like milk, no caramel flavor in sight, no toffeenut flavor in the foam at all. super disheartening experience lol
